DAD’S DRIVE-UP DINER OPENED IN MARCH 2007.  WE WILL SOON BE CELEBRATING OUR 5TH ANNIVERSARY.  WE HAVE ALWAYS PUT QUALITY AHEAD OF EVERYTHING ELSE SINCE OPENING AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO IN THE FUTURE.  MOST FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS TRY TO CUT CORNERS AND USE PROCESSED FOOD PRODUCTS THAT ARE PREPACKAGED.  DAD’S MAKES MOST OF OUR MENU ITEMS FROM SCRATCH.

      HAMBURGER, HOT DOG AND HOAGIE ROLLS ARE BAKED HERE FRESH DAILY.   DAD’S DOES HIS OWN GRINDING OF 100% ANGUS BEEF BURGERS (OVER 6 OZ.).   HE ALSO GRINDS AND MAKES HIS OWN MILD ITALIAN SAUSAGE. (DAD’S EXCLUSIVE RECIPE).  ALL OUR SALADS ARE FRESH MADE USING CHOPPED ROMAINE LETTUCE AND SEASONAL VEGGIES. CHILI  IS SERVED IN A 12 OZ. BOWL (HOMEMADE OF COURSE) WITH ONIONS AND CHEDDAR.
